As a seasoned professional with BA Psychology (UNISA) , Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (Edinburgh-Napier) and two Entrepreneurship Certificates (UJ) . I have navigated business ownership and street vending. Post-COVID, I have faced blunt age-related rejections and notice job ads discriminating against 35+. I am advocating for inclusivity, pushing for age friendly policies in the South African job market. Over 35 unemployed South African graduates are left vulnerable with no prospects of creating their own safety net, they leave on hand-outs from the government which strip them of their dignity.
